Job Description:

Provide parenting for boys in their care, while managing the care of the house and premises assigned to them. Provide care, counseling, guidance, tutoring, encouragement, spiritual and moral leadership and instruction, example, and support as needed by each boy assigned to their home. Work with boys in the areas of Faith, Family, Education, and Work ethic. Help each boy develop a sense of responsibility, respect for the rights and property of others, personal values and self-esteem, personal reliance on self and God, and a life plan and direction. Keep accurate daily records of activities, issues, and the individual progress of each boy. Manage a home budget with Christian Stewardship.

Job Description:

Goshen Valley Boys Ranch is seeking an individual who will serve as support staff to our Independent Living Program on a part time basis. Your primary responsibility will be to provide respite for our ILP house parents. While providing respite you will provide basic care and guidance for older adolescents. Support staff will also help provide transportation and other means of support to our house parents. Must be insurable, pass background check, be CPR and first aid certified.

Dependable and have flexible hours.
