Goshen Valley Boys Ranch is a non-profit home serving young men in the state foster care system. Located in Waleska, Georgia, GVBR includes six residences on a 300-acre cattle ranch. We’re proud of the work God is doing here through our community of families and staff:

 

  • GVBR serves young men ages 11-18, and 19-21 year olds in our transitional living program North Georgia New Beginnings
  • 100% occupancy – the highest in Georgia
  • GVBR seeks to end the cycle of abuse and neglect in the lives of the young men it serves
  • GVBR seeks healing and life change for the young men who live here, while also helping them to find long term life plans that include:
 
- Reunification with families - Adoption
- Secondary education - Employment
- Transition into the community

Goshen Gives Back at Christmas

Christmas Break!  For most kids, that means it’s time to leave scholastics behind and enjoy receiving gifts, eating, sleeping, playing games, and much more for two whole weeks!  How exciting!  Though there was plenty of time to eat, sleep, and play games over this holiday break, the Goshen Valley Boys embraced a different type of scholarship.  Urban Missions!

Hope House goes "Out on the Town"

Thanks to a generous, yearly donation of tickets and dinner given by the Michael & Dawn Adamson family of Sandy Springs, Georgia, the young men of the Hope House went on a downtown excursion to see "A Christmas Carol" at the Alliance Theater.
